Those who do not create/update status reports on a weekly basis, even if to just say "Was busy this week" will be removed from the project. Unlike the past team that failed because of people coming and going on their own I will be enforcing participation. I need to know you want to be a part of this project. Contact me at least once a week, Update the status report you create or create on if you do not have one, YOU MUST have at least something to show me every week if only a snippet or rought draft. Failure to comply will result in you being removed from the project. It is not fair to those who are actually working.
